1 start is being generous! The most disgusting customer service I have ever received! The way they spoke to my husband was disgusting to say the least!!! ( I watched the manager roll his eyes and make faces at my husband as he walked away, he was simply asking why he was waiting for so long, and people being served before him when he was standing there the longest, so unprofessional) I would not recommend at all, avoid at all costs, the staff need serious training in dealing with customers. Disgusting treatment, staff should be ashamed!!!!

Our second time here for Sunday brunch. Every food item is beautifully done. Our table was Sheila who was an absolute gem - Attentive and friendly service, paired with her bright smile. Thank you for making our day!

Fantastic service from Sheila. Especially thinking about my dog when a burger hadn't been eaten - prevented food waste and made my dog very happy! Great at checking in on is bit not too much and fantastic energy.

A top tip—stay in the main house, where the rooms are especially cosy, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is another major highlight. Nestled in the heart of Sonning, it’s perfect for scenic walks along the river, whether heading towards Henley or just soaking up the local charm. For those looking for entertainment, The Mill at Sonning theatre is just around the corner. Dining options nearby are excellent, too. Right across the road, you’ll find The Bull, a lovely traditional pub, while The French Horn offers a high-end dining experience—all within walking distance. Coppa Club Sonning is a fantastic place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything this beautiful riverside village has to offer. Highly recommended!

Pathetic!!! I am charged £170 for parking!!! I went to this shit hole in 2023 and I got the ticket from collection agents in 2025!

Such a lovely place. We chose the igloo model., we can close and open as and when needed! Nice service and thoroughly enjoyed and highly highly recommend!
